Cancellation Policy
Bookings & Cancellations
To ensure fairness for all clients and instructors, we kindly ask that all class cancellations are made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of class start time will result in the loss of that class credit.
No-shows will also result in the loss of the class credit.
Membership classes that are late cancelled or missed cannot be refunded or returned.
Membership Terms
All memberships have a minimum commitment period of 3 months.
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require:
1 month written notice before the end of your 3-month commitment period.
Memberships will continue automatically if notice is not received within the required timeframe.
Class Packs
Class packs are valid for a limited period from the date of purchase:
All class packs expire 30 days after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Unused classes cannot be extended, transferred, refunded, or paused.
Studio Etiquette
To help maintain a calm and welcoming environment for everyone:
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class begins.
A 5 min grace period applies. Unfortunately, late arrivals beyond this time will not be permitted entry once class has started.
Grip socks must be worn during all reformer classes.
Phones should remain on silent within the studio.
We kindly ask all clients to leave the studio space clean and organised after class.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class participation.
GLIDE Reformer Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe it may not be safe for the client.
