  • Not at all. Our Foundation classes are designed for beginners and first-time clients looking to build confidence with the fundamentals of reformer Pilates.

  • We recommend comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.

  • Arrive 10 minutes before class, speak to the instructor and they will guide you through everything.

    Let them know if you are pregnant or have any old or new injuries before class.

  • Reformer Pilates is low-impact and can support strength, mobility and recovery. If you have any injuries or concerns, please contact us before booking so we can guide you to the right class.

  • Glide Reformer Pilates is based on Chigwell road, end of Hermon hill few minutes away from South Woodford underground station with a bus stop just opposite the studio .
